HIGH COURT OF MADHYA PRADESH: BENCH AT INDORE (-1-) T.R. No.60/18 & T.R. No.62/18 Indore, dated: 30.09.2019 Parties through their counsel. Learned senior counsel has informed this Court that an identical issue is still pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of M/s. Parle Agro Pvt. Ltd. Vs. The Commissioner of Commercial Tax in SLP (Civil) No.21511/19, which was arising out of the judgment delivered by the Chhattisgarh High Court.
He has fairly stated before this Court that the hearing of the case be deferred as the issue is still pending before the Apex Court.
In light of the aforesaid, the hearing of the case is deferred.
List the matter on 25.11.2019.
