Section 23(1) in The Bombay Secondary School Certificate Examination Act, 1948
(1)If at any time it appears to the Board that a person appointed as an examiner under this Act has been guilty of any misconduct or negligence which renders his appointment as an examiner inexpedient the Board [may, without prejudice to any other action that may be taken against him under section 27A, make] [Substituted for 'may make' by Gujarat 6 of 1969, dated 11th April, 1969.] an order terminating his appointment and directing that such person shall not be eligible for appointment as an examiner at any time or for any specified period. Before making such order the Board shall observe such procedure as may be prescribed.
