Section 22(2) in The Uttar Banga Krishi Viswavidyalaya Act, 2000
(2)Save as otherwise provided in this Act, all acts done and orders passed in good faith by the University or any of its authorities shall be final, and no suit shall be initiated against, or damage claimed from, the University or any of its authorities for anything done or purported to have been done in pursuance of this Act or the Statutes or the Regulations thereunder.
