By this transfer petition, the petitioner is seeking transfer of a Writ Petition pending in the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh to National Green Tribunal, New Delhi. Though the petitioner has not been able to undergo the provisions such transfer cannot be made from one High Court to Tribunal. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similar issues are pending in Court No.1 and are coming up for hearing on 6 th April, 2016.
Let this matter also be listed before Court No.1 on 6 th April, 2016.
