Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the instant appeal is squarely covered by the order dated 16.9.2015 passed by this Court in RFA No.7108 of 2012 (Rampal and others v. Land Acquisition Collector and another).

In view of the above-said common stand taken by the learned counsel for the parties, present appeal deserves to be disposed of, in terms of the order dated 16.9.2015 passed by this Court in Rampal's case (supra).

Disposed of, accordingly.
