Section 20(1) in The Rajasthan Municipalities (Election) Rules, 1994
(1)The State Election Commission shall, by notification in the Official Gazette, specify the symbols that may be chosen by candidates at elections to the municipality and the restrictions to which their choice shall be subject to.
