Counsel for Defendants states that on account of his ill-health, he could not prepare written submissions and seeks further time to comply with directions issued vide orders dated 14th September, 2022 and 16th March, 2023. He is instructed to ensure that the written submissions and a common convenience file is on record at least one week before the next date of hearing. In the meantime, in case Defendants are desirous of settling the matter with Plaintiffs, they may reach out to counsel for Plaintiffs.
