Section 32 in Andhra Pradesh Water, Land and Trees Act, 2002
32. Tree protection in fringe areas.
- It shall be competent for the Authority to encourage all families especially living in the fringes of forest areas to acquire non-conventional energy devices in order to protect the trees.
