3. Substitution of new Chapter for Chapter IIA.-

For Chapter IIA of the principal Act, the following Chapter shall be substituted, namely:- CHAPTER IIA PERMISSION FOR NEW MEDICAL COLLEGE, COURSE, ETC.'
