Section 47(1) in Hyderabad City Police Act, 1348 F
(1)The [Commissioner of City Police, Hyderabad] [Substituted by Act A.P.A.O. 1957] by virtue of his office, and any Deputy Commissioner of Police specially empowered in this behalf by the Government, shall have all the powers of a District Magistrate under [sections 91, 93 (1), 93 (2) and 94 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973] [Substituted by Act No.2 of 2004.] (Central Act 2 of 1974).
