Section 18(1) in The Ganesh Flour Mills Company Limited (Acquisition And Transfer Of Undertakings) Act, 1984
(1)The Commissioner shall fix a date on or before which every claimant shall file the proof of his claim failing which he will be excluded from the benefit of the disbursement made by the Commissioner.
