Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. This revision petition is directed against concurrent finding of two courts, whereby the suit filed by the petitioner for recovery of sum of Rs. 10,000/- was rejected by the trial court and appeal filed under Section 96 CPC has also been rejected by the First Appellate Court.
Having gone through the judgments passed by both the courts below, no jurisdictional error is found. The revision petition is dismissed.
