(7)An Inspector shall visit as. frequently as possible during the period specified in Sub-rule (1) of Rule 14, every premises within the Local Limits of his jurisdiction to inspect and test any weight or measure which is being or is intended or likely to be used in any transaction or for industrial production for protection.
