Section 10(12) in The Punjab Industrial Housing Rules, 1956
(12)If any damage is caused to the house or any part thereof or to any fixture and fastenings therein the allottee shall be liable to compensate the Government for the same without prejudice to any other right or remedy which the Government or the Executive Engineer may have against the allottee.
