(1)On the commencement of the Gujarat Smoke-nuisances Act, 1963 (Guj. 3 of 1964), the Bombay Smoke-nuisances Act, 1912 and the Bombay Smoke-nuisances Act, 1912 (Bom. VII of 1912) as adapted and applied to the Saurashtra area of the State of Gujarat shall stand repealed.
