Section 19(1) in The Rajasthan Molasses Rules, 1985
(1)On receipt of an application under rule 18 the District Excise Officer or the authorised officer may make such inquiries as he deems necessary and if he is satisfied that there is no objection to grant the permit applied for, he may grant a permit in Form M-VI on payment of a fee of rupee 1/-.
