Section 10 in The Rajasthan Municipal Service (Revised Pay Scales) Rules, 1970

10. Dearness Allowance.

- The Dearness Allowance will be admissible with effect from 16-5-1969 at the rates prevailing in the Municipality concerned where the member of the service has served or serves from time to time but no arrears of Dearness Allowance on account of the revised pay scales will be allowed.
