8. Penal Action.
- Any complaint received in contravention of section 12 (1) of the Act, the Director shall make necessary inquiry and if there is substance in the complaint, he shall issue a notice to the concerned school management. After giving an opportunity to the school management to make written and oral representation, he shall pass an appropriate order within 60 days, as per the provision of section 12(2) of the Act.Chapter - III Duties of State Government, Local Authority
