Section 7(2) in The Jammu and Kashmir Collection of Statistics Act, 1961
(2)Except for the purposes of a prosecution under this Act or under the Jammu and Kashmir State Ranbir Penal Code, Svt. 1989, no person who is not engaged in the collection of statistics under this Act shall be permitted to see any information or individual return referred to in sub-section (1).
