Section 6(c) in The Bihar Primary and Middle Education Rules, 1961
(c)The payment of salaries and allowances of masters, assistant masters and other members of the establishment of schools maintained or aided from the District Education Fund as also grants for equipments, etc., for such schools shall, as far as possible, be made by money order.
