Section 12(ii) in Orissa News Media Accreditation Rules, 2006
(ii)Application for accreditation at District, Subdivision and Block Headquarters shall be submitted in a Form as at Annexure-I to these rules through the Collector and District Magistrate concerned who shall forward such applications to the Director after proper verification and with his/her recommendation.
