Section 7(2) in Haryana Murrah Buffalo and Other Milch Animal Breed Rules, 2002
(2)The Board shall meet at least once in every three months at its headquarter or at such other place as the Chairman may direct, and the Chairman of the Board shall have power to convene meetings of the Board :Provided that, where a requisition signed by not less than four members for calling a meeting of the Board and stating the business to be transacted thereat is received by the Chairman of the Board, he shall convene such meeting in accordance with the procedure laid down in the regulations.
