(2)In case, the Janpad Panchayat fails to nominate the members under Section 5 of the Act, the State Government shall nominate the members of Gram Nyayalaya out of the panel of names which shall not exceed three times the number of vacancies sent by the Collector in consultation with District and Sessions Judges.
