(c)to assist the [Secretary] [In place of word 'Chairman' the word 'Secretary' substituted by Amendment Act 32 of 2001.] or any officer or other employee of the Board reasonably demanding his aid for the lawful exercise of any power vesting in the [Secretary] [In place of word 'Chairman' the word 'Secretary' substituted by Amendment Act 32 of 2001.] or in such officer or other employee under this Act or any rule made thereunder.
