Section 779(3) in Criminal Courts - Rules and Orders
(3)Every licensed petition-writer shall give to his employer a receipt for the amount received by him, specifying exactly what the money was received for, e.g., writing fees or costs and, if for costs, for what cost, e.g., complaint process-fees, etc. The details shall be set out separately either in the receipt itself or on a separate piece of paper attached to it.
