In all cases mentioned in this Part of the Rules, where the matter is lo be placed for final disposal the Court may order four copies of paper books to be prepared. The cost of the paper book shall be borne by the person who is responsible for illegal detention and in other cases the preparation of paper book shall be free of cost. Out of these, two will be for the use of the Bench and one each for the Advocate General and the applicant.
