Section 1 in The Karnataka State Minorities Commission Act 1994
1. Short title and commencement.—
(1)This Act may be called the Karnataka State Minorities Commission Act, 1994.(2)It shall extend to the whole of the State of Karnataka.(3)It shall come into force at once.
