(2)Issue of guidelines. - For the purpose of compliance with the requirements of sub-sections (1), (4) and (7) of Sections 41-B and 41-C Chief Inspector may, if deemed necessary, issue guidelines from time to time to the occupier of factories carrying on 'hazardous process'. Such guidelines may be based on National Standards. Codes of Practice or recommendations of International Bodies such as ILO and WHO.
