ORAL JUDGMENT
Date: 22-12-2015 Heard learned counsels for the parties. Looking at the nature of the dispute raised in the present writ application, which primarily relates to the typing mistake, which has occurred in the certificate issued by the C.B.S.E. after Class-XII results issued in favour of the petitioner, the writ application is disposed off with a direction upon the C.B.S.E. authorities that they will correct the name of father of the petitioner from "Awadhesh Bhabat" to "Awadhesh Bhagat".
Writ application stands disposed off.
