27. Minutes of Annual General Meeting and other General Meetings.
(1) Every Co-operative society shall cause minutes of proceedings of general meeting to be entered in a book kept for that purpose.(2)The minutes shall be drawn up and signed by the Chairman or Chairmen of the meeting within three working days from the time when the meeting terminates.(3)A general meeting of a society of which the proceedings have been so recorded, shall be deemed to have been duly called and held.
