Section 7(2)(i) in The Procedure For Grant Of Mining Lease/Quarry Licence For Marble (Including Serpentine/ Green Marble Etc.)

(i)The sides of the open cast pit shall be kept benched as per provisions of the Metallierous Mines Regulation, 1961 and the other provisions in these regulations relating to safety of mines and the persons employed therein shall also be complied with.
