22. Payment Security.
(1)The Distribution Licensee shall prioritize making payments to MGO.(2)Compensation against FiT for purchase of green electricity from the Micro- Grid project, Asset fee (if payable) and the Distribution Franchisee Fee shall form part of ARR for the Distribution Licensee.
