Section 159(1) in The Punjab Panchayati Raj Act, 1994
(1)No employee of a Panchayat Samiti or a State Government employee whose services are placed at its disposal under Section 157 shall, in any way, be concerned or interested in any bargain or contract made with the Panchayat Samiti for any of the purposes of this Act.
