(5)The official shall ensure that in the vicinity of the well -(a)no person other than those required for fracturing operation remains;(b)no naked light or other source of ignition is permitted;(c)all electrical equipment is de-energised; and(d)adequate fire-fighting equipment is made available for immediate use.
