Section 9 in The Jammu and Kashmir Entertainments Duty Act, 1959
9. Admission of persons without payment.
- Nothing in this Act shall apply to bona fide employees of the proprietor whose presence there is necessary' in the interest of the entertainment or to the proprietors.
