(1)The Board shall be known by such name as may be decided upon at a general meeting of the first Board constituted under the provisions of this Act provided that not less than three-fifths of the members, present at the meeting have voted in favour of the name selected, and that such name has been approved by the [State] [Substituted for the word [Provincial] by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] Government.
