Delay condoned.

2 Mr Gaurav Agrawal, counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant, submits that Reason:

the Securities Appellate Tribunal erred in dismissing the appeal for non-removal  2 of an office objection relating to the supply of a certified copy of the order impugned inspite of the fact that the appeal was registered and numbered. Moreover, it has been submitted that the National Stock Exchange has specifically informed the petitioner that a certified copy would not be provided since an electronic copy has been made available and, as a consequence of which the petitioner moved an application for exemption from filing a certified copy.

4 Liberty to serve the respondent dasti.
