Section 84A in The Punjab Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1952

A place licensed temporarily for exhibitions by means of touring cinematograph -(a)shall not be within a radius of one furlong following from :-(i)a place of worship, a cremation ground, a graveyard, a cemetery, or(ii)a recognised educational institution, such as a college, a high school or girls school, or any residential institution attached to such educational institutions; or(iii)a public hospital with a large patient ward; or(iv)an orphanage containing one hundred or more inmates; or(v)A thickly populated residential area which is either exclusively residential or reserved or used generally for residential as distinguished from business purpose; and(vi)shall in no way offend against traffic laws.]
