Section 13(3) in Jammu and Kashmir Ombudsman for Panchayats Act, 2014
(3)No complaint against a public servant as defined in the Act shall be entertained by State Accountability Commission on or after the date of the constitution of Ombudsman as per the provisions of the Act.
