Section 36(1) in The Orissa Motor Vehicles Rules, 1993
(1)The manufacturer or dealer shall furnish to the registering authority having jurisdiction in the locality the information in Form XIII and Form XIV in respect of the vehicles received in stock and sold by him during every month by fifteenth of the succeeding month.
