Section 4(2) in The Orissa Veterinary Practitioners Rules, 1976
(2)The date appointed under Sub-rule (1) as well as the date up to which the draft electoral roll shall be kept open for public inspection under Sub-rule (3) shall be notified by the Returning Officer in the Official Gazette and in such other manner as he may think fit, for general information.
