The licensing authority or any officer authorised by him in this behalf may at any time enter a place which he has reason to believe is being used or is, intended to be used for the purpose of cinematograph exhibitions, in order to satisfy himself that all the provisions of the Act, the rules framed thereunder and the conditions of the licence are being complied with.
