State of Andhra Pradesh - Subsection

Section 3(2)(i) in Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Establishment of Forum and Ombudsman for Redressal of Grievances of the Consumers) Regulations, 2003

(i)Chairperson of the Forum shall be a serving officer of the licensee or a retired person possessing degree in electrical engineering and having at least 20 years of experience in the distribution of electricity and not below the rank of Superintending Engineer.
