- The [Municipality] [Substituted vide Orissa Act No. 11 of 1994 w.e.f. 31.5.1994.] shall so far as it considers it requisite for the public convenience and, so far as funds permit, cause the public roads to be watered and for that purpose may provide such equipment and apparatus as it thinks necessary.
