Section 4 in The West Bengal Municipal Elections Act, 1994
4. Officers. -
The officers for the purpose of election shall be appointed in accordance with the provisions of section 6 of the West Bengal State Election Commission Act, 1994, and they shall exercise powers and perform functions in accordance with the provisions of this Act and the West Bengal State Election Commission Act, 1994.
