1. Short Title, Extent and Commencement.

- 1.1. These Rules may be called the Amaravati Land Allotment Rules, 2017.
1.2These Rules shall apply to the lands acquired by, vested in, or belonging to the Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority within the Amaravati Capital Region Area.
