CM No. 6825-CI-2016 Applicants seek condonation of delay of 1212 days in filing the appeal.
Learned counsel for the applicants submits that present appeal is squarely covered by the order dated 21.5.2013 passed by this Court in RFA No. 897 of 2013 (Ved Parkash and another Vs. State of Haryana and another).
Notice to the Advocate General, Haryana. On the asking of the Court, Ms. Vibha Tewari, AAG, Haryana, accepts notice and after going through the record, submits that present case is squarely covered by the order dated 21.5.2013 passed in Ved Parkash's case (supra).
