Section 23A(1) in Gujarat Primary Education Act, 1947
(1)For selection of Vidyasahayaks there shall be a Selection Committee -(a)for every district, consisting of such persons as may be prescribed;(b)for the area of every authorised municipality, consisting of such persons as may be prescribed;(c)for recognised private primary schools consisting of such persons as may be prescribed;
