119. Register of accidents and dangerous occurrences.
- The manager of every factory shall maintain a register of all accidents and dangerous occurrences which occur in the factory in Form No. 31 showing the-(a)Name of injured person (if any);(b)Date of accident or dangerous occurrence;(c)Date of report on Form No. 22 to Inspector;(d)Nature of accident or dangerous occurrence;(e)Date of return of injured person to work;(f)Number of days of absence from work of injured person;(g)Average rate of pay;(h)Whether disablement is permanent or temporary;(i)Compensation paid if any.
