Section 4(1) in The Meghalaya Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Rules, 1988
(1)The non-official members of the Board shall be entitled to payment of travelling allowance and daily allowance from the Board's fund for the journeys performed by them for the purposes of the Board.
